1 Open the car front cover and take off the light.

Dispatch front headlight cover as following way: Heating as illustration.


Method one: Input the headlight into a three-time bigger carton, drill a round hole at top, use the industrial blower to heat 15 minutes, and then separate the headlight with screwdriver.



Method two: Input the headlight to constant temperature thermostat with 85℃ to heat 12 minutes, and then separate the headlight with screwdriver.


2 Dispatch the front headlight cover by screwdriver and other similar tool.


3 Clear away the glue in the headlight flute tool when hot for the re-installation sake.


4 Remove the back dust-proof cover, spring hook, reflector and separate parts.


5 Take projector lens light out from the package then remove bulb, block-buckle, block-hook, fixed collar, washer, set collar orderly.


6 Plug the projector light into the reflector center hole.


7 At the rear of the headlight, set in the orientation ring and spring flake orderly, seivel with fix ring. Tied the fix ring with 8 inches. 


8 Fix the bock-hood and block-buckle with screws at tail of the reflector as its original form; Aim at the right direction, insert the D2S bulb into reflector and fix it with block spring.


9 Connected male and female plastic connector, set in the original dust-proof cover, and fix well.


10 Power-on 12V test, which I s a simulation test of light shadow and function played as the installation connecting chart, using the supplying wire groups, then clean up the figure  print and dirt on the lens surface with wet cloth.


11 If the light shadow and function are fine, inject our company exclusive sealant to seal the headlight flute.


12 Closed the headlight cover, fix the buckles well, install the screw and buckles if the auto has there parts laid the headlight in a ventilation place about one hour.


13 Fix the headlight to the car with cover, preparative test the high light and low light switch and angle eye work state.


14 Low light shadow chart, if two cut-lines are not in the same line, please use the screwdriver to adjust the nut in the head light until perfect. 

Use attention
1 Confirm the lamp specification first, choose the appreciate projector headlight to modify.
2 The front transparent cover need to be glass prism which means the lamp pressurized with cold glue is not suitable.
3 Check the big reflector dimension and confirm if it has enough placed to install our projector.
4 Please install this product correctly, and you had better ask the professional to install.
5 Disassemble the headlight cover to heat, don’t heat the part for a long time because it will be made the headlight flex, and cover the dustproof cover well, airproof the turning light and burner hole.
6 Please protect the removed headlight from the dust or others.
7 Install the projector light which clean glove and don’t touch the original headlight reflector.
8 Please use our company exclusive sealant to airproof headlight cover and must not substitute with the glass glue and silicon copper glue, otherwise we will not compensation it which cause the fog headlight and yellow headlight cover.
9 Inject sealant on the whole flute of headlight cover and close the headlight cover well lest leak water.
10 Installation the headlight cover please put sealant headlight in ventilation for one hour, and then clean out it.
11 Re-installed projector light auto avoid driving in rain day or washing in 12 hours.
12 Be careful of the voltage attack when the starting voltage reaches 23KV.
13 Start the engine before turn on the light; otherwise the auto can’t be able to start for power shortage.
14 Please do not touch the burner after turn on the light, avoid scalding yourself.
15 Light is so strong! Please do not directly look at the burner, avoiding hurting your eyes.
16 Be careful the fire and keep far away from inflammable、explosive object.
17 Do not change projector light purpose and disassemble by yourself, any damage will not be claimed to us.
